If I could give this establishment a zero out of five stars, I would. I was referred here by my dentist for some pain that I was feeling in my mouth. The doctor was very lackluster, seemed like he didn’t even want to be there. He interacted with me like he could not care less about what I was saying, or the pain I was experiencing. The staff is completely inexperienced — charged me for a service that was covered under my dental insurance and blamed it on the insurance company’s website being “confusing/unclear”.

I’ve never had an issue at any other establishment when it comes to what is covered under my insurance. It’s been two weeks and I’m still yet to get a reimbursement and I have to constantly reach out to them. Quick to take your money, slow to give it back I guess.

Dr. Shinwari did an excellent job with my wisdom teeth removal. One of my four teeth being removed was touching a nerve, so my dentist referred me to this practice to make sure that a specialist could handle the surgery. Dr.

Shinwari was able to tactfully cut the tooth in half and only remove the top portion, so as to avoid any potential nerve damage. Ileana and the rest of the front office staff were great to work with regarding scheduling, communicating with my other doctors regarding pausing medications prior to the surgery, and with the follow-up check ups. I would highly recommend working with them for wisdom teeth removal.

My doctor was friendly and efficient. My surgery went smoothly and the reception staff made sure to promptly send my medication over to the pharmacy. Highly recommend
