Oral Health Partnership (OHP) Children's Dental Clinic is a highly impactful non-profit organization dedicated to improving the oral health and overall well-being of children in Brown County, Wisconsin. Established in 2005 out of a community initiative, OHP addresses the critical need for accessible dental care among uninsured and underinsured children, as well as those on BadgerCare/Medical Assistance, from birth up to 19 years old. OHP's mission is to change the lives of the community's children through access to excellent oral health services and education. They achieve this through a multifaceted approach, operating several clinic locations in Green Bay, including the one at 2247 Fox Heights Ln #3. In addition to their fixed clinics, OHP runs a robust school-based program, bringing dental services directly to over 40 schools in various districts across Brown County. This innovative approach removes common barriers to care such as transportation and parental work schedules, allowing thousands of students to receive essential dental services on-site. For children with severe decay, very young ages, or behavioral/physical concerns that make traditional clinic care challenging, OHP partners with St. Vincent Hospital to provide dental treatment under general anesthesia, ensuring comprehensive care in a single visit. The range of services offered by OHP is comprehensive, including dental exams, X-rays, professional cleanings, fluoride varnishes, sealants, fillings (amalgam and composite), pulpotomies (infant root canals), and extractions. A significant emphasis is also placed on oral hygiene instructions and education, empowering children and their families with the knowledge and tools needed for long-term oral health. OHP's dedicated team of licensed dental professionals and administrative staff work tirelessly to provide compassionate and high-quality care, serving nearly 10,000 children annually and performing over 100,000 procedures. They are committed to continuous growth and evolution until every child in Brown County has access to quality dental care, demonstrating a strong community-centric and patient-first approach.
