Had a consultation with them for an extraction, consultation went well I was then told I would be receiving a call in 7-10 business days so therefore I waited. After about 20 days I've called once a day and to no avail, they send you to a voice mail and still never call back. It's now been over a month with a broken tooth in my mouth because once again haven't had a conversation with someone yet.

My fiance is in the same situation as me except for her 4 wisdom teeth. Your Dr tells us that he would like to get us in as soon as possible to relieve us from pain yet now we can't even talk to someone about receiving the surgery

I've never seen such behavior from a doctor ever. Not only would the physician not let me finish a sentence, he wouldn't even let me finish telling him my symptoms. I have an abscess in my cheek that my Primary Care doc has asked to be assessed but he didn't even let me get to that part. Explained an escalating infection symptom and he interrpted saying "escalating according to whom?" according to me, your patient, who you have a duty of care for. Asked if I was in menopause and blamed everything on that, as if I can't tell the difference between a hot flash and a fever from an infection. Clearly has a bad case of 'hysterical woman syndrome' diagnoses saved up for people he doesn't want to actually troubleshoot with. (female, over 40, wore makeup therefore I look healthy) He actually asked - "How can you trouble shoot this you're not a doctor?" to which I replied "That's why I'm here. " I've had an abscess in my face for months - was not expecting to have my face manhandled, and then be told that I'm lying. Reminded me of the blind chef from the muppets rushing around my face with his hands as if I don't know my own body. He wouldn't even slow down enough to let me show him the issues. "You look great.

" has nothing to do with whether or not there's an underlying issue in my jaw or face. My deepest apologies for wearing makeup to my appointment. Next time I'll be sure to look sicker for you, so maybe we can find out what's actually wrong. People like him are the reason people like me bypass getting care, we'd rather stay sick than be treated like we're making things up. Not sure if doctors are aware, nobody wants extra doctors' appointments. Complete waste of my time. "Next time it flares up go to the ER" was his advice. So much for preventive care. If there's not a tooth to be pulled they won't know what to do, despite all the claims on their website that they treat all sorts of other things, I was offered a bite guard for the infection. TMJ does not cause infections, and neither does menopause. The poor assistant watching was even in shock - I wanted to tell her "This is what you have to look forward to!" Possibly consider becoming trauma-informed at your next continued education training.

Menopause doesn't cause people to lie, it exaggerates existing symptoms that have not been treated. I sure am glad that I've got my answer. "Just hysterical" must be causing the infection. lol. . . one star because I can't give zero. If your facility records appointments, this would be a great one to review for training purposes of how NOT to treat anyone, ever, regardless of age, or gender. I certainly wish in retrospect that I had done so.

I was given a wrong diagnosis from another dental group. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Glyman and, lo and behold, my oral situation was fixed in a matter of 30 minutes! All my pain and unnecessary worrying was literally gone in 30 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. Dr.

Glyman and his staff were incredibly thorough, straight to the point and efficient. I can’t thank them enough for how much they helped me during my visit. And thank you to Misty for getting me in ASAP for my emergent visit! A incredible group of people. I found my new dental group!
