I cannot recommend Dr. Tseffos and his team enough. From the moment I walked in, everyone, from the kind lady at the front desk to Ashley and every staff member I encountered, was absolutely amazing. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and white coat syndrome, but they handled it with such kindness and professionalism that I actually felt at ease.

They truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon who genuinely cares about their patients, Dr. Tseffos is the one. I would 100% go back and recommend him to anyone!

Had my 2nd procedure done today with Dr. Bergstrom and his team . I have had major anxiety for over 20 yrs when it comes to dentists. My teeth got so bad I needed all top and bottoms extracted biggest fear was that. My dentist referred me to Dr Bergstrom and said I will be in great hands with him. The first time I went in with a consultant with him it was the best choice, I walked out knowing I will be in great hands.

When my first surgery came I was a wreck my nerves were all over the place but as soon as I got in the chair the ladies were so comforting and when Dr. came in he was so calming and just acted like a person not some high end Dr. which Made me feel relieved. He joked with me, laughed with me all before I went to sleep by the time I was ready to go to sleep. I was so calm. .

just finished my second surgery bottom extractions (today)and nothing changed he was still the same person same atmosphere and I was calm as can be thanks Dr. Bergstrom and his team. I could not recommend them enough when you walk Into the building from the beginning, your a person, not just a number and that right there is what I love about them. So what I’m trying to say is if you have fear and anxiety of any oral surgery go to him you will thank me later. 😉

All I can say is FANTASTIC! I went in to Oral & Max Surgery with negative thoughts. After meeting Dr. Bergstrom and his assistant Robin all negativity was gone. I got to try his new drums, talked about beer, some bourbon and got turned on to a spot in Appleton for some live music. What a good time! Oh yeah. I also got a tooth extracted.

Thanks to all I had the pleasure of meeting during my visit. A good time at the dentist. . . who would've thought.

We drove over 2.5 hours for my son to see Dr. Bergstrom for a tooth extraction and exposure. The entire experience - the ease of scheduling a convenient appointment time, the helpfulness of the finance team, and the quality care he received in the office - blew me away. It was definitely worth the drive!
