Had consultation visit I stood there waiting at the reception desk while two Employees looked at me and a surgeon none acknowledge if I was being waited on so I canceled my appointment. I’ll find another oral surgeon.

Went for molar extraction she pulled it out with no problem and gently as possible would definitely recommend her for sure

I made an appointment over the phone back in January for an appointment for February 25th a month in advance. Today I was scheduled for a 2:30 appointment to see the oral surgeon, I arrived at the building and took the elevator to the second floor. I get off the elevator, excited I’m about to get this troublesome problem with my tooth a step closer to being resolved. Said floor was under construction, I went to the proper suite and room number and tried to enter. It was locked, there were people on the other side so I knocked and no answer. I called the office and a gentleman picked up I asked if I was at the correct room he said yes. I told him I was waiting outside and the door was locked, I was put on hold for a few minutes and eventually hung up on.

I waited outside the room and knocked for a few minutes longer, still no reply. I would give this place a half a star if I could, very unprofessional assistant, and poor communication. More than likely will not return. PSH. Unreal.
