Everything you needed to know what to be expected was explained in advance making the surgery more comfortable to proceed. What I imagined the surgery to feel like forever actually felt like a blink of an eye. Provided the suggested prescriptions for recovery I was perfectly healed within a few days to a week. I highly recommend these guys for fantastic service and knowledge.

My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed, and the surgical experience was excellent. However, I’ve encountered some issues with the billing and insurance department. They asked me to pay over $1,600 more than my insurance company indicated I should owe. I was assured that the insurance company would reimburse me after processing the claim.

However, in all my years of dealing with insurance, I’ve never personally received reimbursement; it has always gone directly to the healthcare provider. Despite the provider receiving their payment, I’m still waiting for my reimbursement.

I have been to a few oral surgeons during my lifetime but Dr. Eric Murnan is at the top. His personality and professionalism is second to none. And his staff is right there with him in friendliness and taking care of patients. I had a molar extraction with a bone graft for a future implant and everything was explained in great detail beforehand and I was kept at ease during the whole procedure.

Along with all this Dr. Murnan followed up with a phone call that evening to see how I was doing and to let me know that if I needed anything to contact him. Thank you Dr. Murnan and staff.
