There are many good orthodontists out there but what sets Dr. Orbach apart from the others is that he is EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD in his field because he cares. He cares about his patients. He cares about the optimum results for his patients. He is simply the best. He is supported by staff who are helpful, friendly, and professional.

Today I went to see this doctor. My son was having a little bit of hard time taking pictures but he did well and we are about to take x-ray. We were in the office like 10min tops. Then the doctor came storming from the other room and asked us to leave and told us this is not the place for us. Before I came, I asked if they can accommodate us and I was told yes. I was just looking for a consult and see how to plan for his care. But the way this doctor treat us is not fare and unprofessional. He clearly do-not have the heart to help all kinds of people. He has his own preferences which he clearly show is this morning.

Hope this help someone. That is inaccurate response you gave for my review. All your staff’s are there to witness for yelling at me. First of all, my son did not throw any equipment. There is no equipment to throw in the first place. He is just eight and I was with him all the time. He only touch the thermostat which I redirect him and went to take pictures in the second room. When I asked the receptionist, her exact words were we can’t bill your insurance with out pictures . I was just doing that.

There are a lot of ways to decline services. I suggest you do it professionally and make sure you do-not hurt people while doing it. No one gets to chose the way we come to this world. We were at your clinic at 8:00AM and there was only one patient before us that you were working on. So own your mistake and do better for the future to your other client especially for the little once who need more care attention. DO BETTER.

Great experience from start to finish! Dr. Orbach was upfront with treatment options and cost, pleasant and efficient. He worked well with my oral surgeon to make sure everything happened on time and was pivotal with advice to make sure there were no delays from insurance ect.

Offices are clean and efficient! With personable office staff. Would highly recommend to everyone! Loving me results!!! And already getting so many compliments!!

Very professional and responsive. They were able to get me in quickly to fix some glue. I have a dentist phobia and Dr. Orbach did a great job explaining everything while he was working. Will definitely go back for any future orthodontic needs!
