Dr. Judy Tsai was incredibly patient and gentle with my highly sensitive child for his first tooth extraction (permanent tooth came out but baby tooth was still intact). The tooth was successfully extracted.

He was so proud of himself, and the dentist visit was memorable in a very positive way! He learned how to use the floss pick on his own and is very motivated to take care of his teeth now (brushing his teeth and eager to use the floss pick). Thank you Dr. Judy and the team for such a wonderful experience!

I am very grateful for Dr. Judy Tsai's kindness and honest opinion. Dr. Judy Tsai is very knowledgeable, experienced, and she geniuely cares about her patients' oral health. Dr. Tsai is the best dentist I ever met. After my gum and teeth were badly damaged by another dentist, Dr. Lin, I booked an appointment to see Dr. Judy Tsai and asked for help; I specifically asked her to write a letter regarding one of my front teeth. Dr. Tsai took the time to carefully examine my teeth and wrote a letter about the current condition of the tooth.

When I tried to pay for the clinical examination and the letter, Dr. Tsai refused to accept my payment. Maybe she felt sorry for the injuries that I have suffered at the hands of another dentist. Dr. Tsai also provided me some dental treatment years ago, with excellent results. Thank you Dr. Tsai for your kindness, compassion and assistance. I would highly recommend Dr. Tsai.

Dr. Judy is the best dentist I’ve ever met. I didn’t feel any pain during my treatments. She’s professional, gentle, friendly, and patient. She also has the excellent skill at filling. She cares about the patients and she’s fluent in both English and Mandarin.

The clinic and its equipments are new, modern, clean and white. I like the big windows and the sunlight in the clinic that makes me feel comfortable and positive. I watched Netflix that's installed on their ceiling while lying on the dental chair, which is really relaxing. My whole family go to Orchid Tooth Dental. Highly recommended!
