I wanted to preface this with saying that Dr's and the dental hygienic staff are great and very knowledgeable, and only have positive things to say about them. The issues are with the office staff which seem to have recurring issues based off some of the other reviews on here. They are either completely disorganized or uncaring, incompetent and unprofessional. As someone who has also worked in a medical office, it's ridiculous to me that it took them until the patient was already in the chair, numbed, to check and realize issues in the insurance. All the while instead of hulting the procedure, had suggested for the patient to resolve the issues then and there rather than have them come back when the issue is resolved. This happened to my sister who had just turned 18 and while they did give her the option to continue and she agreed.

Yes they give her the option and she made a choice, but as someone who has any experience with insurance can tell you that it wasn't going to get solved that day. Especially when the patient is young and most likely inexperienced with insurance processes, I had been trained that the morally right thing to do was not take advantage of someone who lacked these specialized insights and have the patient call their insurance to resolve any issues BEFORE they come to the office and only then have them either take them in when it's resolved or have them confirmed as a self-pay. And even at this point would have made sure to warn the patient at the difficulties of compensation in these cases. From my perspective it feels like they are either trying to cover up their oversights in the moment after numbing was already administered or didn't care to provide informative care on the best courses of actions. Either way, despite the good I can't say that I don't look forward to not coming back. I had different issues with this staff, but none of which actually felt necessary to voice.

Hopefully this can provide some suggestions for the staff in reevaluating their standards of operations. Update: We we're informed by the Insurance that the issue they referenced doesn't exist. They warn against scam practices that corner the patient into paying on top of also charging their insurance for a double payout. Not saying this is the case with this practice, but just stay safe out there.

The best dentist ever ( Ashraf Ahmad ) . Very honest, does a great job , down to earth , awesome customer service in the front and clean office. I recommend this dental office for all.
