I had my braces placed on by Dr O at the bel air location. Received excellent service here and would also recommend orthodontic association to anyone in need of ortho work. Also had the pleasure of meeting and receiving services from Ms Lisa who is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Great office to have been a patient at.

Terri and Dr. Owen’s was great! The receptionist was friendly. The billing office was friendly and explained everything so there was nothing hidden. They were awesome with 11 year old and kept her completely comfortable during the whole process and explained all the do’s and dont’s! I’m so glad I chose this practice for her orthodontic needs. Highly recommend. 5 🌟

For kids and young teenagers this place is probably fine. The “consultation”was about 5 minutes with the actual doctor before being huddled away to talk about the finances. We didn’t have a good understanding of how braces uniquely would be applied to my wife. They gave us the impression that we could get started the same day so we thought, shoot let’s get the ball rolling! They didn’t mention when I gave the deposit that my wife NEEDED to have other dental work done to go forward. Partially our own fault for paying before we could even do anything but feel that they failed to inform us properly too.

Because apparently the scan they did the first day costs roughly 440. Only after going to get dental work done did we hear specifics for the first time about the spacing of my wife’s teeth. We then realized this office failed to mention literally anything about specifics, other than generic time tables. They’re a well oiled machine to give you a generic experience. Not what we were looking for.

Side note: getting a refund was much like pulling teeth. I called 3 times before finally talking to someone. The first person hung up on me after confirming that I wanted a refund. The 3rd call finally did the trick.
