Numerous times we have gotten a trainee who didn’t know what they were doing and had to go back three times in one day, the receptionist at one point attempted to stick her fingers in my daughters mouth. You will sit and listen in the office to all the new things they are buying for their homes etc. and honestly it’s the worst office I have been in yet.

Not only do they harass you for money constantly they threaten to not see you if payment isn’t made and say you can pay online and their online pay system is a complete disaster. Once you make a payment online the screen keeps turning and turning and turning it never stops so you never get a confirmation or anything ! Definitely chose a different office if you want to have a good experience

Both of my daughters see Dr. Ash. From front office all the way to the back office personnel, everyone is stellar. My youngest really likes when Austin changes her band. She says she likes how he explains everything.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I was in a tough spot with my old Orthodontist retiring and had no one to take my braces off. Dr Ash and his staff not only got me in right away, but made me feel so welcomed like I was always their patient.

I was a nervous wreck about getting them off and they were so comforting and kind! They took their time and got them off with kindness and empathy! I will definitely recommend Dr. Ash and his staff to everyone! Thank you for all they you did for me!
