Do not ever go to this office they have held my childs Approval letter for TWO whole months and refuse to make said child an appointment for care. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

This is the worst place I have ever visited. I waited 2 months and they gave me every run around in the book that they possibly could think of this office would also never answer the phones when I would call I drove there and witnessed that they are not busy at all they simply just refuse to answer the phone! Dr Osmond should be ashamed to employ such people in this office the Manager never calls you back and there is no said person above the Manager who can help you when she is out of the office and they have had the approval for 2 months and are aware of this approval but when I call they say that they do not have it they lie about everything!!! The worse office I would never go here again EVER!

Front desk lady Extremely rude and Disrespectful to black people. . They will have you waiting for hours and will not tell you anything…. White lady with blonde hair named Sarah do not know how to talk to people. She needs to be fired…Do not go here evvvvveeeeeerrrrrrrrrr….

. So my son braces was removed 4/15/24 7 minutes after we left the office my son started to have a seizure. Something happen at that last visit. I will never recommend any human to go here.

Listing says people stay up to an hour. Maybe for when the braces are getting installed. Otherwise, 20 minutes tops!
