We had such a great experience here! The customer service has been amazing from scheduling an appointment to working with our budget, the staff here is the best. My daughter felt really comfortable here and opted to get her braces that day. Seeing how comfortable she was my husband asked if he could be seen the same day. We loved how flexible they were with starting both of them the same day! They explained what they were doing while they put the braces on my daughter and husband and made sure they were comfortable the entire time and answered all questions we had.

All employees seemed happy to be there and we are so happy we chose this office! We did get consults from two other offices but this office went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. They explained everything clearly and were very upfront. My review is a few months late but I have already noticed a change in my husbands and daughter teeth. They both definitely smile more!

We transferred to Orthodontic Excellence to complete our daughter’s treatment and couldn’t be happier! If anything, we wish we would have transferred over sooner! The doctors were all amazing, all the staff from front to back office, to finance and scheduling everyone has always been so kind, respectful & welcoming! Both offices are absolutely beautiful too! We recommend Orthodontic Excellence to everyone we talk to and I plan to eventually become a patient myself for Invisalign 🥳

My child had a great experience at Orthodonic Excellence. The Orthodontist Dr Helena was friendly and competent although we only saw her a couple times throughout the course of treatment. All of the staff there were great. My daughter took weekly scans with her phone and was monitored remotely which was really convenient.

Her smile and bite are perfect now. 4 stars instead of 5 because it’s so hard to get an appointment. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, be prepared to wait months.

Tanya was very exceptional with my 3 and 4 year old kids . My wife and are very please with her professionalism and her care for there teeth and comfort . Dr. Pham as well was very exceptional with our kids She took the time to explain our questions and was very detailed and honest of what we should do . There staff is incredible and very kind .
