They work pretty fast to get you in and approved! They're really friendly and their place of work is really clean. It's comfortable to sit. And Crytstal did a good job to get his braces in. The only thing that I was thrown about was that I was referred by my son General dentist to see them for his extra teeth to get pulled. He gave me a referral and xrays of his mouth to give to them. I asked them if they needed it and they said no. My son first appt with them was for xrays. Which I already had.

And he has to go elsewhere to get his teeth pulled. So I blame my general dentist for not giving me the correct referral for his teeth surgery. Still an overall good place. He still goes here and we're always on and out. And he gets rewards for coming in,wearing shirt, keeping up with his braces. He plays games on the appt and also gets reward . Nice gift cards. My son finally got his braces removed.

I love the environment of the office. It's friendly and still offer rewards. He's getting them removed as we speak and I recommend this to anyone who is looking to get braces. Always clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. They all need a raise. Thank you for servicing my son.

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked into the office, the team was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The orthodontist took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail, making me feel completely comfortable and informed about every step. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology.

WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE! I’m disappointed to have to write this review, but I feel it's essential to share my experience. They have consistently failed to take responsibility for the terrible care they have provided! First my braces were delayed by 2–3 months without any explanation. Then over the course of six months, I had to visit the clinic approximately ten times due to their inability to properly attach a bracket, bonding my teeth together, poor communication, scheduling issues, and a lack of proper equipment at some offices. I often had to take time off work, only to arrive for appointments and be sent home without any treatment. On top of that, there was a complete lack of knowledge of my care plan - everyone told me something different.

The ongoing issues with negligence, scheduling, and communication have pushed me to my breaking point. When I finally asked the manager Joanna to remove my braces early, she assured me she would get back to me within a week. Two weeks went by, and I heard nothing. I’ve paid thousands of dollars and am still willing to cover the remaining 85% of my balance. All I requested was to waive the $300 de-bonding fee due to the numerous problems I encountered.

However, Joanna informed me that her boss denied this request and offered only a retainer instead. Joanna refused to let me talk with anyone else. How can a business operate like this? After investing so much money, I’m left with teeth I am unhappy with and feel that my requests for resolution have been completely disregarded. I hope my review encourages others to carefully consider their options before choosing this company and living through this depressing experience.
