I went in for a consultation and had several X-rays taken (even though I didn't want the x-rays because I wanted to check the treatment plans at 2-3 places in the area)— billed to my insurance. However, when I asked how much my insurance would cover for the recommended treatment, they didn’t have that information available. I was told they would contact me later that day with the details.

It’s now been three weeks, and I still haven’t heard anything back. Very disappointing follow-up and communication.

I am heartbroken and furious about what happened to my daughter at this office. During what was supposed to be a routine braces removal, one of her front teeth was cracked in half. She immediately told the provider that the tooth hurt while they were clamping, but they told her to take a deep breath and proceeded anyway. Right after applying pressure, the provider called the orthodontist over and admitted, “Her tooth cracked. ” My daughter has sensory processing disorder and cried for almost 2.

5 hours while they tried to bond the tooth back together. After the procedure, they made us wait in a room for 40 minutes just to speak with the corporate office — and when we finally got a call back, the representative was rude, dismissive, and refused to accept responsibility. We were told, “We don’t know how her tooth cracked,” even though it happened right in front of them. We now have to pay out-of-pocket for repairs because she currently doesn’t have dental insurance. I have never felt so disrespected or let down by a healthcare provider.

This should have never happened — and even if it was an accident, they’ve shown no compassion, no accountability, and no willingness to help. I’ve filed complaints with the state and licensing boards, and I hope no other family has to go through what we did.

I went to this place because the reviews showed 5 stars, but later I realized those reviews were part of a promotion offering a 5% discount. I’m writing this review after completing the treatment. So, why am I giving only one star: 1. I saw the doctor only 3 times over the course of 15 months. 2. The doctor is very rude. When she told me my treatment plan was finished, I said I wasn’t happy with the results.

She replied, “What else do you want? I don’t understand what more you want?” I’ll attach photos — maybe I’m imagining things, you be the judge… I spoke out because initially I’ve been told “treatment will continue until your full satisfaction” 3. I had implants placed on two teeth, and my lower retainer no longer fit. My regular dentist gave me a metal one instead. When I came in to pick up my second set of retainers, she laughed in my face and said, “I don’t understand what’s going on here. ” First of all, explain what’s so funny — if I understood, I wouldn’t be sitting in front of you. I told her my dentist said since the second pair of retainers was taking too long (it had been about a month and a half since the implants), he would give me metal ones to keep my teeth from shifting. 4.

I called customer service to ask if anything could be done, and they said I’d have to go through the full treatment all over again — at full price. Saying I was shocked is an understatement. Please don’t waste your time and money. My mistake turned out to be a very expensive one. I should’ve realized this place wasn’t worth it when, during the consultation, there wasn’t even a doctor present to explain my case. There were just staff members who scanned me and kept saying “the doctor said. ”
