I asked for recommendations to see a new dentist (who is also an expert at cosmetic work as well) on my Facebook. I had an overwhelming number of people tell me to go see Dr. Vu. My first appointment was very thorough and informative. Dr. Vu including his staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

I scheduled my initial appointment in June and was told there was no availability until late August. Luckily, because they knew I was a teacher and the school year would be very busy, they were able to get me in a few times this summer already. I have never been to a dentist where the doctor actually spends about 90% of the visit with you! Usually it’s the dental assistant/hygienist doing most of the work. Dr. Vu did an exceptional work on a few different teeth that needed work on, but my biggest concern was my front tooth. Not only was my front tooth decayed but chipped at an angle & up so deep into my gums, that it took him 3.

5 hours to work on. I have been going to different dentists throughout the last 20 years to get the tooth filled every few years; every time it was very difficult for the dentists to make a miracle happen. This is the first time in over 20 years that I am able to smile confidently & love the way my front tooth looks! The quality works & craftsmanship was just exceptional. The color matches the rest of my teeth & you can’t even tell how badly chipped my tooth was! This is a great facility with very knowledgeable & friendly staff. I’d highly recommend people to trust in the work of Dr. Vu & his staff! I’ve committed to a long-term dentist now!

Fabulous!! Dr. Vu has been my dentist for the last several years. I have Never had a problem scheduling an appointment and I have never had to wait anymore than 5 minutes in the waiting room. His staff is fantastic - they always remember the conversation we had the time before and ask relevant questions! I recently had a procedure done with Dr. Vu - resin composite bonding.

It's amazing!!! He made my teeth look like NEW! I've had dozens of compliments, even from strangers, about how beautiful my smile is. The procedure was painless, and while it was a bit time consuming - it was WELL WORTH IT!!! I love love love the results and would do it again in a second. Thank you Dr. Vu!

I don’t WANT to leave such a bad review because of how lovely my service from Dr. Heil has been as a dentist, but… whoever did my tooth cleaning embodied exactly why I was anxious to see the dentist to begin with. I have a lot of health issues that lead to cavities, and what this woman told me while she was doing my pre-filling tooth cleaning was “it sounds like you haven’t been taking good care of your teeth. ” like… no.

i have been (trying) to take good care of my teeth. it was my HEALTH that brought me here. and it was that hygienist assuming that i was “not taking care of my teeth” that will bring me to another dentist’s office.

Let me just start this out with the fact the only reason the rating isn’t lower is I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they’re not up to date on certain dental care practices. I went here an over a month ago. For the first time since I was in early grade school. I was very open about this as I wanted my check up to be as accurate as possible. The first thing I was met with from Dr.

Heil was being told that I have extremely bad bone loss and they’re gonna have to pull 6 teeth. I was distraught to the point I started to cry. They didn’t even acknowledge that at all and just kept going on about how my teeth are beyond periodontal treatment and I should go in right away to get these “problem” teeth pulled. I left and after I got home I texted and asked for my X-rays and if they could refer me to a specialist just so I could get a second opinion. I was once again met with resistance from the doctor about seeing a specialist and to just get them pulled right away.

They also took over 5 days to email me my X-rays! Flash forward to today. I just got done seeing a different dentist and would you believe it if I said she only wants to pull 2 teeth and maybe a 3rd? My advice to anyone going to this practice, do not listen to them if they say you don’t need a second opinion. ABSOLUTELY GET THAT SECOND OPINION. THIS IS YOUR LIFE IF YOU FEEL YOU WANT A SECOND OPINION GET ONE
