Love this place, even though I have a general fear of dentists. The dentists are very professional, the assistants are awesome with their skills and work. The receptionist and the office staff are funny and professional. Can't forget about the "Labradoodle Comfort Dog" which is very friendly and comforts you and makes you smile pre and post visit. Very professional and would recommend.

I came to this office with a boat load of problems. They have worked so hard in helping me get back to good. Dr. Prathika has been nothing short of amazing. Despite me being a bit of a squeaky wheel, they have been patient and compassionate to me. I would highly recommend.

Abbreviated for your sake from a longer YELP review: There appear to be some administration issues around the time I tried to get an appointment and I now have serious concerns about the amount of paperwork I submitted. As a prospective new patient I first spoke with Sarah, New Patient Coordinator, who was direct and clear if not super warm and we agreed I'd call my insurance to confirm coverage. I did so, called back, and left a message to let her know I'd like to schedule. No one responded. After two weeks I called again and Lindsey kindly explained they'd been hacked and it affected their phone system, but all had been restored from backup and was working well. Sarah called right back instructed me to fill out the new patient paperwork on their website.

After this she would call soon to schedule. All of this I submitted a week ago. I remember because I worked long into the wee hours. It was one of those things where you imagine it can't be much longer and then it is. Idealism and the late hour over-ruled concerns as I told myself it must be a reflection of careful treatment. Now, though, a week after what felt like signing my life away—who these days asks for complete serial numbers prior to an appointment—I have real concerns.

Such granular level of personal details is unseemly for any practice, they've been hacked at least once already, and there are issues with communications. It feels like a disconnect when it comes to showing they respect their patients. I can't be the first or only one this has happened to, hope this will help others going forward.
