Booked an appointment for a week in advance. Called me in a few days later saying they had an opening, was charged for an emergency visit… asked over the phone after giving them my benefits information if everything will be covered, they confirmed yes… I go to leave and I’m left with 114$ bill… they also put some random lady’s name who has the name first name as my middle name with her address on the top of my bill… I was not offered a cleaning and the lady’s at the front desk are fairly rude… Beautiful waiting room though ! Needs friendly front desk staff. .

they’re not in it for their clients best interests & needs. I was informed after fixing teeth that could have waited that I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed cause they’re infected & apparently impacted ( after we discussed how much money I get per year on my benefits after using half it for teeth that could have waited… ) not impressed… need to communicate better with clients. .

didn’t even give me the options of not having it fixed just put a black block in my mouth after taking X-rays and started working… wasn’t too sure what was going on during the procedure. . I went in with the understanding I was going for a teeth clean and X-rays …left with bleeding cut open gums & questioning what teeth were even worked on…

Dr. Lim was very gentle throughout a couple of fillings l needed, and I'm so pleased with the results. And also the hygienist was very thorough. Indeed overall, a caring warm atmosphere, and a pleasant experience with Otter Creek Dental.

It's such a friendly and welcoming environment! All the staff is extremely nice! And they answer your questions and make you feel comfortable and they are caring ! My son got his teeth cleaned and he had a great time the girl there asked him how he was doing and explained everything she was doing. .

just so he had an idea what was next ! It was a Very good experience!! Highly recommend for anyone thay needs a dentist!
