We had the most amazing experience at Owl orthodontics! We went to the Williamsville location each time and their staff was always friendly. Dr. Walla and his staff were patient and kind each time with my son. He looked forward to his appointments each month! We can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice. I would recommend them to everyone!

Dr Walla and his entire staff are easily the best at what they do. I’ve never trusted a place as much as I do owl and I wholeheartedly recommend them for your orthodontics needs. For kids it’s a very confusing and uncomfortable circumstance that I makes easier and calm. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and environment at their locations .

I was asked to not come back because I asked the hygienist to replace floss she touched with bare hands, and then I was lectured by the doctor. I ended up leaving because he wouldn't stop even after I asked him to. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Its disgusting and they are very rude. Your response is funny because you say you don't tolerate verbal confrontation with staff, yet the owner was the one who was being verbally confrontational and would not stop.

All I did was respectfully asked for new floss, told him to stop talking as he was being very rude and confrontational and told him I am 34 years old yet you are talking to me like I'm stupid and it needs to stop. He was very confrontational with me, not the other way around, so apparently, they just don't allow people back that they are aggressive towards.

I was advised by my daughters insurance company to go to another Orthodontist for an insurnace submission. Her first claim was denied due to lack of documentation and failing to respond in a timely manner and "not being medically necessary but after speaking to me we realized the submission wasn't done properly so I was given owl orthodontics as another provider. Granted a preauth. To go see the orthodontist by the insurance , given a referral and everything was scheduled for next week .

I just got a call and my daughter's appointment had been cancled due to already having a claim denied by insurance. I tried to explain to them the situation and let them know that I have an approval by insurnace to go to the appointment and was advised by them to submit another claim and it was denied due to lack of documentation and no narrative being sent as requested. That the insurnace company filed a grievance against the dentist due to them not respond. The women told me oh well and refused to allow us to be seen.

Meanwhile I have a 7 year old with 3 impacted 6 year molars who's having a delay in care. I will be contacting the state as I feel both parties just don't want to work with medicad.
