My experience was the best I've ever had in my life. The whole team there makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Dvorak with his expertise in dentistry and gentle care will for sure let you know you hit the jackpot.

Was referred to Gentle Dentistry by another dentist for a consultation on my son's filling who is afraid of needles. We talked on the phone and he convinced me to come in for a secondary examine (even though the other office forwarded the results and xrays of their examine) to "see what he could do". Dr. Dvorak showed up 30 minutes late because he accidentally scheduled a conference call at the same time as my appointment.
He spend 5 minutes looking at my son's teeth and said there's nothing he could do. Was referred to Dentistry for Children & Adolescents (Burnsville). I highly recommend them. They completed the filling in

Dr. Dvorak performed a root canal procedure for me. I was sold sedation ($400 out of pocket) and lead to believe the procedure would be under anesthesia. I had to set up a ride for after the procedure, I was given a pill to take orally that did not sedate me in the least. The Dr. did not ask if the sedation was working and I was conscious and awake for the entire procedure. I was given a temporary cap while we waited for the actual crown to come in. It came in the amount of time they said it would, I stopped back in and Dr. Dvorak installed and adjusted the final crown. 3 months later the pain in that tooth that Dr. Dvorak worked on, I went back in and told him it felt like something was pushing the crown up and my mouth felt out of line or in balanced. He said oh sometimes the settle. ??? So he began to grind the crown down as it had settled up I guess. I was extremely painful he said he fixed it and I shouldn’t just take ibuprofen.
Three days later it was the day before Christmas Eve I called Dr. Dvorak’s office to let them know that the pain is getting worse it feels like something is wrong under the crown, Dr. Dvorak said that it was unlikely, but they were on Christmas break it would have to wait 5 days until he is back in or he can send in a referral to Metro Endodontics. The folks at Metro Endo were amazing, the dentist I saw was incredible. They had higher tech equipment which I don’t fault Dr. Dvorak for that, that saw fluid building under the crown. . . . kind of like I had thought. They said that Dr. Dvorak missed one nerve root canal and that’s what caused the infection. Metro Endo took great care of me I gave them 5/5 stars for this same event. Dr.
Dvorak’s office didn’t want to help because it affected his holiday plans yet he was ok with one of his patients suffering during that same holiday period. I paid out of pocket close to $4500. 00 to Gentle Dentistry or Dr. Dvorak’s office they were sure quick to cash the check but they couldn’t help me in a time of great pain. The Dr. at Metro said and I quote “wow there was a lot of pressure built up on this one” after he drilled a hole through my crown, he said it sort of erupted like a volcano. Almost instantly the pain had subsided once the pressure of the infection under the crown was relieved. I would not take a homeless dog to Dr. Dvorak’s office. They are quick to take the money and they don’t ever want to admit that they were the ones that screwed it up in the first place. If he would have done his job correctly the first time this would have all been avoided, I am a business owner I would never treat one of my customers this way regardless if it was close to the holidays or not furthermore if I screwed up I would own it and not charge the customer.

If I could give more stars, I would!! This Dental office has been great in any work that I and my family have had done. They are fun and energetic and I would HIGHLY recommend them. I had to have several root canals and through no fault of Dr Dvorak's, I had to have a couple more with a specialist in the Cities-Dr. Dvorak is the one who sent me to this Specialist. I asked this Specialist if Dr Dvorak had done everything right, and he said that Dr Dvorak did an exceptional job-I unfortunately always have extra problems when having ANY medical or dental procedure, story of my life, so this is why I needed a more extensive procedure.
Dr. Dvorak's office has also been very patient with any problems that we have had with insurance-in fact, I am still fighting a claim from 1 1/2 years ago. They go above the call of duty if I need more info sent into the insurance company. My family is extremely happy with this office!
