Had a surgery for my 2 wisdom teeth extraction and it went horrible. Doctor Moon was really rude . I wasn't asleep during the procedure ,and when i got my first shot ,of course, it was incredibly painful and i was scared and started to cry ,but it was for a SECOND . Imagine in all this situation his exact words were ,,that's why we do this procedure when patients are asleep " like are you serious ?? Instead of just cheering me up when i was in pain, that's what a doctor should say ??? I have more than 8 root canals treatment ,some of them were treated twice and i know how it feels to get this shots ,i knew i can do it ,AND I DID .

Its not like i was moving or i was doing something stupid ,jts just tears before u dont feel anything, but when u get that kind of treatment its just unacceptable. ALWAYS IN A RUSH. One second he is here ,the other he's out . The stuff was very friendly but they told me they'll call me back to see what's going on and they never did.

I mean He did his job but the process was really not enjoyable with that attitude. Im not mad im just so disappointed that i went through this trying to be strong so he doesn't make another stupid joke,cause i was scared to make him more angry with my tears ! U should really think about that ,cause that could be a huge problem one day for someone else. (Sorry for my English)

Dr Kevin , Dakota and, Jennifer were the team that worked on my extraction. Cant say enough good things about this place and its staff. Professional, courteous, caring.

These guys rock! The Dr was extremely funny and light hearted which for me made relaxed and comfortable he even offered to get me in and extract the same day. They did a wonderful job and were super supportive the whole way through thank again guys! I definitely Owe ya a drink still ! Much love and definitely consider these guys for your next oral or maxillofacial services. as theyre professionals you want on your side!!!
