I had a disappointing experience with Pacific NW Smiles. Despite being assured that my insurance covered all procedures and that they have already check with insurance, they conducted an unnecessary amount of X-ray and no actual treatment was provided. My requests to prioritize a lower-cost procedures were ignored, and follow-ups were nonexistent despite multiple calls and voicemails.

This left me unable to use my 2024 benefits. Poor communication and lack of accountability make it hard to trust this practice.

I've been getting my dental care, both regular cleaning/x-rays and emergency care for a chipped tooth at Dr. Greenhalgh's office for years. They are always extremely caring and do everything possible to make my experience comfortable. I appreciate their outreach to remind me of appointments, and all the extra work their front office staff do to help me maximize my dental insurance benefits and keep me informed of procedure costs and options available. The hygienists are great at getting my teeth perfectly clean, and explaining any issues they see and the best methods to address them.

Dr. Greenhalgh also takes the time to make sure I understand any fillings or other work needed, and responds immediately to any signals of discomfort so I always feel safe and comfortable. Plus, they have an office ambassador "Tiny", who is happy to give you a supportive cuddle if you like dogs.
