Special thank you to Dana and MD Kayla! I’ve been receiving treatment for severe TMJ and woke up in a lock jaw episode. I was able to come straight in and was seen immediately. Dana worked with me to release the muscles and made sure I was well cared for during each step! So thank you to such a fantastic team for your care and treatment.

This is the best provider office that I have ever been to all the staff are caring. They take the time to listen to all of your concerns and not rush you through just the most pertinent ones. They take the time to explain everything to you and answer any question you may have. They even tell you to call them and ask them if you have any questions later.
Dana was Assistant working with Dr Robinson today she is amazing. She's very sweet and kind she made me feel like she really cared for my well-being. Dr Robinson he's a very soft spoken kind man he's the first doctor that sat there and listened to me and explained to everything to me openly and honestly. Not only do I come to see him for my TMJ but my husband now will come and see him for sleep apnea and we will come back to see him for our routine dental work up.
If you have any pain or discomfort or sleep apnea come to pain and sleep therapy center you will not regret it. The pictures that I took of the lobby and the bathroom the bathroom is so comfortable and just beautiful they don't have directly antibacterial that strip your hands they have the one set do not cause you for the damage to your skin they have a baby changing table with diapers and wipes they care they really care.

I’m 23 years old, I came in 6 months ago with extreme jaw pain and I was always fatigued. I thought my fatigue was due to my anemia how ever getting my jaw looked at they figured out my airways were small and that I was actually waking up several times through out the night. In conclusion I wasn’t getting good quality sleep in a long time.
I had x rays done and saw that my left side of my jaw bone was starting to wear down. I immediately was given a plan set up for treatment and I got a day time appliance and a night time appliance and I started to see a difference. Now 6 months today I don’t wear my day time anymore I still wear my night time and I don’t even wake up to use the bathroom at night! I wake up refreshed in the mornings.
I have a routine now of going to bed at a set time! My life quality is so much better now that my jaw doesn’t hurt and I can eat normally without pain AND not be fatigued everyday. I recommend this place to everyone I know! The staff here is so friendly and very welcoming!

Please, listen to my advice - I am a medical student and considering further action as I feel they ruined my life. I visited Pain and Sleep Therapy Center, hoping to address sleep issues. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and has resulted in severe ongoing health problems. The staff pressured me into an expensive treatment plan, insisting it was necessary without adequately explaining alternatives. When I received my oral appliance, the fit was clearly wrong and caused immediate pain. Instead of addressing my concerns, they dismissed them, claiming that my "obstruction was so bad" that I needed to continue wearing the ill-fitting device.
For an ENTIRE YEAR, they insisted I maintain this painful adjustment level despite my complaints. I trusted them… The results have been devastating - I now suffer from chronic jaw pain because they provided an appliance that didn't fit properly. There is an actual indent in my jaw tissue and bone, and swelling in my suboccipital lymph node now with muscle hypertrophy due to compensation- and the area behind my third molar appears to have been physically altered, leading to chronic neck pain as well. Despite multiple attempts to have them address these issues, they stopped seeing me when I asked about getting a CPAP instead. I've been forced to consult with multiple oral surgeons to address the complications from their treatment. If you go to this center, you MUST advocate strongly for yourself.
Don't make my mistake of trusting their judgment when your body is telling you something is wrong. I now deal with pain every single day that I didn't have before their treatment. It's so severe that I can barely get through exams without wanting to cry. As a medical student, I'm particularly disappointed by their dismissive attitude toward patient feedback and the apparent prioritization of profit over patient wellbeing. I cannot recommend this center and would strongly caution others to thoroughly research their options before seeking treatment here.
