BEWARE! Horrible experience. Hadn't been to the dentist in a while and the name and reviews drew me in. I had needed to get my wisdom teeth extracted and a deep cleaning. Went in initially and it seemed fine so we scheduled the extraction. Went in for appointment and she injected several long thick needles in the roof of my mouth and gums for "numbing". The numbing effect takes time so I felt every injection and it was EXTREMELY painful. She had an attitude because I was yelling in pain. Let someone stick your roof and gums the way she dis and see how it feels. ! As soon as she finished, HER SYSTEM WENT DOWN AND SHE LEFT TO SPEND LIKE 20 MINUTES ON THE PHONE with the service provider while i laid in the chair waiting to get my teeth pulled.

She comes back in and says that she can't extract the teeth because they can't figure out what's wrong. i just got stabbed 10+ times in he mouth for NOTHING. I was LIVID and she was nonchalant about it. She said she could still proceed with the deep cleaning and I agreed b/c I didn't sit through all that pain for noting. Mistake. For my mouth to have supposedly have been numbed, it felt her scraping my GUMS repeatedly. I was almost glad she wasn't able to pull the teeth. Don't even what to know how that would have gone. My gums bled for days after this.

She had the nerve to try and reschedule. I had no intentions of EVER returning. She rude and unprofessional. I agree with the other black business comment. People like her make it hard to support. I just went to a new dentist yesterday and had a great experience she cringed when I told her what happened here and why my wisdom teeth were never extracted. They will be extracting my teeth the right way with an oral surgeon. Save your time and a headache.

Dr. Gordon is amazing and very personable. I have seen her several times for my cleanings and other dental needs.

She has always been upfront and honest, giving me all my options, and showing me a breakdown with my insurance coverage. I changed jobs 2 years ago, and haven't had dental insurance so I haven't seen her, BUT I just got coverage again and will be making my appointment soon! The great thing about her office is the hours! Where else can you go to find a dentist open after 5pm??? Dental emergencies happen too!

Get Ready for the Crossover Ministries

Great office hours, extremely professional staff and very personable, down to earth service. But, what I like the most about Dr. Gordon is that she is very comprehensive when she goes over your Dental plan, needs and cost factors--even giving you options (if options apply). It gives one an advanced opportunity to decide which dental plan to go with as it applies to one's current financial situation.

I have had bad experiences in the past from Dentist who charge me for procedures that I was not aware of or was not aware of the cost factor. Thank you Dr. Gordon for your transparency and patience as it relates to customer care!!!
