I recently had my first 2 appointments at this office . Prior to my visit I knew I needed work done and my anxiety was through the roof . I had expected to have a bad experience like I had in the past with other dentist offices. After my visits I felt a relief and no longer dread going to the dentist. My personal situation was tricky because I only had insurance for a limited time .

This team did everything they could to work with me and make sure I got the treatments I needed . Working me into their schedule and treating me like a person instead of just another job. The staff are amazing especially the receptionist , the doctor and assistant. Highly recommend this team .

Staff was really nice but I don't know what happened I've had multiple teeth pulled and never have I ever had anything like that happen to me ever horrible.

I told the dentist that my teeth were not numb she's still insist on trying to pull my tooth two different times and couldn't get it after she poked me in my jaw to see if I was numb and clearly wasn't unfortunately I had to spend a few days in the hospital due to infected tooth from her pulling and yanking on it so I'll call the U of M to get the rest done I do not recommend taking anybody here

When they say PAINLESS , they mean it! I love all the staff, the ladies are extremely polite and professional. In the past year I've been here at least 1x a month. Now my teeth are almost completely fixed and all of my procedures were pain free. Best dentist I've ever had. So glad I made the switch from FMC

I would recommend Painless Dentistry to ANYONE! I rated it 5 stars because that's all the stars I'm allowed to offer. This is by far the best place I've ever been. The staff, and the Dentist was amazing. They were so kind and patient with me.

I felt none of my teeth being removed and I had them all on the top removed at once. The only thing that hurt was the shots and that cannot be prevented so that's not their fault. I will be going back April 8th to get the rest of my teeth removed and I'm not nearly as nervous as I would be going other places due to the fact they always made me feel uncomfortable the other places I went.
