If you're questioning if you should go, don't, call right now. They are utterly amazing. I was in the worst pain of my life from a tooth infection and had also had an allergic reaction from the antibiotics my dentist prescribed. I knew I needed a root canal and was able to get an appointment the next day. I came in with a massively swollen face and they treated me with so much kindness.

They answered all of my questions and I felt super comfortable from the start. I had to get two root canals and they both went perfectly! I truly truly couldn't recommend this place more. So again, stop questioning and just call.

Looks can be deceiving. This dentist has a high Google rating and the office is nice and updated. HOWEVER, the environment is like entering a club. . . the office wreaks of the smell of weed and the music is blasting! So, I had a root canal done at another Dentist in MD that was not complete.

This Dentist said my insurance would not cover the root canal because it would be considered a retreatment. He said it will cost $2,000 out of pocket. I said the root canal was not done correctly initially why should I have to pay when it is covered by my insurance. He abruptly said well you need to go back to the previous Dentist. Translation-While it states on paper we accept MD Healthy Smile clients, in reality we do not. If you have this insurance do not bother wasting your time!!

I have had serious dental issues through the years due to an initial car accident which fractured my jaw. As such, I have had to have a number of root canals (extractions and implants as well!) and so associate a lot of pain with going to the dentist/Endodontist. Not so at Painless Root Canal Specialists! They lived up to their name in every way. From the moment of arrival, Gabby, the front desk manager took care of me.

From there, Ronnie the tech assistant worked with me and then Dr Marc worked his magic. I have to say all three possess the wonderful combination of being both competent (and excelling at their specialties) AND having compassion and understanding in doing so. Each of them took the necessary time to answer my questions and assuage my fears. Super impressed that Dr Marc is both highly trained and highly skilled and took time with me.

I greatly appreciate the team and whilst I cannot say I look forward to going back (who chooses a root canals?!), I can say without a doubt this was the easiest, painless root canals I have ever had. 10 stars out of five, thank you team! Will recommend all my poor friends who might need a root canal to your office!

5 across the board in all aspects… I was referred by my insurance, they took me in the next day because I complained that I was in excruciating pain. They live up to the name. It was totally painless.

They were very professional, state of the art modern equipment, they told me what was happening along the whole procedure… and may I add Dr. Mark is easy on the eyes😂 totally recommend if you need a root canal. Top notch in my book!
