Dr. Hillesheim took care of my son’s abscessed tooth. He reached out to my son after business hours, immediately got him on an antibiotic and scheduled an appointment first thing the next morning. Following the procedure, Dr.

Hillesheim did an outstanding job with a crown, carefully matching the color of the enamel to the surrounding teeth. Palatine Family Dental is a great dental practice. Dr. Hillesheim and his staff are always very helpful whenever I have questions, and are thorough in their explanations. I am always able to work with Jennifer to find a time for an appointment that works well with my schedule. When I show up for my appointment, I do not have to wait long to get started, which makes it very convenient if you have a busy day planned.

I never feel rushed when in an appointment, and I always leave feeling confident that all of my questions have been answered. Been with other dentist for years and now the last 9 years with Doctor Painless ! (Hillesheim) I can’t even begin to tell how good he is and his folks in the office are all outstanding people! My cleanings take a hour just so there perfect! The Doctor goes above and beyond to do the best work you will ever have done by anyone else - nobody has all his hi tech equipment- and again the lady’s in the office have become friends just because they are so sweet and caring! So if you need a “painless” Dentist this is your man!
