Absolutely the worst experience ever. I asked office manager for help and she refused until I told her I wouldn't leave until helped. They blamed 3 patients in a row for coming in on the wrong day until one man showed the appt card that they wrote. Difficult to even get acknowledged until you ask them for help several times.

Rude, dismissive and unprofessional. The business mgr dresses like a discount escort service employee. Just plain mean people.

We have DC 37. Don't go here. Drive 5 mins to West Nyack Dental where they run a real dental office. This place is a waste of your dental benefits. It's so bad that when my husband got a painful abscess on the weekend I asked him if he wanted to drive him there, he laughed in my face and said he'd rather be in pain and wait till Monday.

Horrible Place My Daughter's had an appointment and we're treated very Bad. The staff should be retrained on how to treat patients with dignity and respect. Very Unprofessional. What type of Practice is this....... Beware of this Trashy Place....

It would be great if i could leave message for the doctor. There is no messaging system. The call center takes several minutes to get a hold of... if they are even there I gave up after 5 minutes. Voicemail would be nice, the bare minimum of customer service actually.
