We have been seeing Dr. Jacob and his team for a year now and we have never had a more pleasant dental experience. My husband and I are both nervous for dental procedures, but Dr. Jacob and his team make us feel comfortable and we know we are in the best hands. He explains the process and you can tell he has an incredible depth of knowledge and he genuinely cares about your dental health. We have never had a dentist who is as hands on with his patients.

You really get to know him and his staff. Our baby isn't old enough for the dentist yet, but she loves visiting Dr. Jacob and his team. We know they will ensure she has the most positive dental experiences.

Dr. Jacob is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever met and truly a blessing! We travel all the way from Windsor to Burlington just to see him, and every visit is worth it. His passion for his work and his dedication are evident in everything he does. I was struggling with sinus pain for weeks, not realizing it was caused by a dental issue. Other dentists recommended expensive treatments like root canal retreatment, but Dr. Jacob took a different approach. His focus on root cause analysis gave me so much confidence. He clearly explained the problem, providing solutions that made sense rather than pushing unnecessary procedures.

He is an excellent teacher and a compassionate healer. The staff, especially Mrs. Elgy, are incredibly kind ,accommodating and the sweetest person . She ensured I got a timely appointment, and her warmth made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Dr. Jacob’s care extends to children as well. I brought my 4-year-old son for a cavity filling, and I was amazed by how effortlessly Dr. Jacob calmed him.

He handled the procedure with such gentleness that my son didn’t fuss at all. Dr. Jacob is not just an outstanding dentist but also a kind and empathetic human being. He has truly been a lifesaver for our family. May God bless him and his family abundantly! If you’re looking for the best dentist in the world, look no further than Dr. Jacob. I can’t recommend him enough!

For the last 10 years we have driven 2 hours each way to see Dr. Jacob. After we moved we couldn’t just walk away from the best dentist we had ever had. Our sons love going to see Dr. Jacob, he’s all they’ve known, I would even say they get excited to have him as their dentist. The environment is clean, warm, and inviting.

Dr. Jacobs personality is delightful and his team are all kind and considerate. We’re grateful Dr. Jacob chose dentistry as his practice and that we are his patients.
