Would not recommend Palmetto Smiles. Feel very taken advantage of. At no point in phone conversations, feeling out paperwork, nothing posted in office, or verbally stated was there a fee for consultation. 1 x ray, maybe 5 minutes with Dr. Fee $190. 00. No other dental consultation was there a fee. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ATALL.

I AM AMENDING my original review. People are human mistakes are made. Upon talking with Palmetto Smiles of Charleston we were able to resove problem. Palmetto Smiles was very courteous. I would definitely choose Palmetto Smiles for any type of dental work. They truly care about individuals. Thank you. D

I cannot recommended this office enough, I so wish I still lived in the area so I could continue care. Dr. Campbell and his staff have been kind and helpful navigating me through Invisalign and any insurance coverage issues I’ve encountered. I’m so appreciative of all they’ve done. I’ve been going to this practice for over 30 years from the time when The beloved Dr. Ray Hayes was the owner. When Dr. Hayes retired I was so upset because I was worried the new Doctor wouldn’t be able to live up to the example set by Dr, Hayes. My worries were put to rest when I met Dr. Campbell. His chair side manner is just as delightful and comforting as Dr.

Hayes was. He is also an excellent dentist…. with a sense of humor and a heart of gold. I highly recommend this practice. They are all as warm and inviting as Dr. Campbell is.

Always the best experience. The staff are all super friendly and caring. They put you at ease and never make you feel judged no matter how bad you have let things get. Dr Campbell is amazing! He takes time and makes sure you are getting what you need and never pushes unnecessary work. I have been going here for years now and he has taken me from awful to a smile I can be proud of.
