I moved here from NY where I saw the same Dentist for 20 years of my adult life. Dr Neubauer made me feel like I was right back home. He explained things that "I could fix", but we also "could watch", giving me the options to work a little bit harder on my home care, and we would keep an eye on a few teeth, I like that idea. The teeth cleaning was exceptional.

Fast and efficient, and had me out of the chair in about 50 min. Great team work all around it looks like. Good Smiles on the ladies up front

I am so so very happy my daughter found this place. . . . . . . other dental offices , I felt are only there to take your money. . . . prime example. . . . . . went to stonecrest dental where they knew they did not offer extractions. . . . . . . but still took my money to explain the obvious thst I needed an extraction . . . .

shame on them. . . . . . . . but I had the pleasure and good fortune to find this park crossing . They treated me with respect. . . did not charge for the obvious. . . . saw me on the spurt of the moment. . . . . and treated me like family the ppl there were over professional and made this guy. . . . who's was terrified of dentist feel great about my experience. The dentist Mr Ramos was very very patient with me and showed his amazing expertise. I have truly found my home for ALL MY FUTURE DENTAL NEEDS!.

I gotta tell you guys. . . . . . you will never feel bad when going here and never feel it was about the money. . . . . . . it was the care and respect. . . . . . I immediately felt like family. . . . . . . even though I had an extraction it was pleasurable THANK YOU GUYS for all you stand for!

Highly recommend. I had a dental emergency, called them right at 8am, and they able to see me at 9:30am. They fixed my issue in a timely manner, allowing me breaks to decrease jaw fatigue and pain. I have seen both Dr. Neubauer and Dr. Ramos. Both are extremely nice, attentive, and thorough. They do a great job of explaining every step of the process.

Wendy was the dental assistant I saw today and she was very knowledgeable, thorough, and nice to chat with. As always, both the front desk and check out staff are amazing. It is refreshing to see a smiling face behind the front desk when you walk in. At check out, she did a wonderful job of explaining today’s charges, what I owe, and what my insurance paid. They also do a great job of quoting further work needed. Sometimes dental work can be unexpected or a bit pricey, but they always seen to have fair prices and transparent quotes.
