Most unprofessional group of people I've ever met. Terrible customer service. Please pick a different dentist. I'm a VA disabled veteran who went to this clinic with his children to get cleanings and some dental work done. They did an adequate job and I was pleased with their work. Then I got the harassing phone call. I explained my insurance situation. The woman in billing clearly didn't know the law (Which the insurance company agreed) but she kept pretending that she did.

Again, go somewhere else. The women in billing will harass you on the phone, send you harassing letters if they can't get your insurance figured out. Even if the issue wasn't your fault or was easily resolved they won't do any work to resolve it. They will just harass you. In the age of Covid, you would think a doctor's office would show some compassion. Well, not this office.

My son an emergency patients with a broken tooth that caused him lots of pain came to Park Dental Big Lake. All he wanted was to get his tooth pulled so the pain can go away. He told them he doesn't have insurance but willing to make payment arrangements. Instead they took ex-ray saw him less then 20 min told him his pain level is a 10 which is very high pain and told him they can't do anything for him and gave him a bill of $218 which he paid in full.

I wondering was he denied the help because he had no insurance. They sent him away to go make appt with Monticello surgeon place to get his tooth pulled not knowing when he will get in but in the mean time his pain level is still a 10 or more now. I hope my son doesn't end up getting infection. Very bad service especially this is an emergency!

I am sorry to hear Dr Bhashymam is leaving, she was the best dentist I have ever had. I was always afraid to go to the dentist because of bad experiences as a child, but she & the staff put all that to rest. I wish her well.

I wanted to get established with a dentist in the state after moving here, after hearing great things from my friend and her whole family I decided to make the drive. I live in Sartell but will continue to make the drive down! All of the team members were extremely pleasant to work with (especially at 7AM) and didn’t let me be confused on anything.

I don’t know many people in the state yet but I will be recommending anyone who asks for a dentist.
