Everytime i go for routine cleaning there is a different hygienist. This time was I went with new hygienist and once again a new dentist very unprofessional. Seems like the dentist is just trying to upsell services that were not an issue 12 month ago. Wasted plenty of money on the same issues they couldn’t fix but want to refer to me to more expensive specialist.

I was better off not going to a dentist for 6 years with no issues, and now after going there for 6 years everytime I go in for a cleaning there is an issue they need to fix and charge me more. Still haven’t got any money back for three root canals they couldn’t fix but now want to refer to me to specialist to take care of the issue. How come you haven’t refund me for the three times you fail to fix the issue?

My dental team is great. My long-time hygienist is friendly and doesn’t make my appointments awkward and painful, and no complaints about the dentist - he’s kind, accessible, and that’s all I need.

Kim at the Dean Lakes location offered to look into a bill for me. While at the dentist to have a routine cleaning done they wanted to replace a filling which was covered under my insurance. They explained it would be a silver filling unless I opted to pay for white. I explained I handle the benefits at my work and white fillings would be covered the next month but to quote me the difference. I was told $25 so I opted to get it done while there. I paid my $50 deductible and the $25 upcharge before leaving.

About a month later I got a bill in the mail for $200!!!! VERY UNETHICAL. If a price isn't known it shouldn't be given to the customer. They lost 6 customers doing that along with Kim's terrible customer service on the phone. My family and I wont be back and I urge customers not to fall for the false pricing they give to convince you to do it.
