Dr. Walek and the team are amazing! I've put off my dental care for far too long out of anxiety that they have shown me to be wholly unfounded. I was treated with nothing but genuine care and understanding.

They took the time to ensure that I understood everything, that all questions were answered, and they treated me with my preferences in mind. I will be returning regularly, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went in for my routine cleaning today that was scheduled back in May and was told due to my plan I maxed out from the crown I had put on and they wouldn't cover. Mind you I live 30mins away and had wanted them to look at said crown because I'm still having sensitivity issues from 5 months ago. Never got a call explaining this but had gotten 5 reminders of appt through text and email. Mind you I paid in full almost $800 for the crown back in May, but then got billed an additional $58 because they had changed over to a new billing company back in Feb.

They also are not really empathetic when you have conditions like tmj and anxiety, needing to take breaks in-between a procedure. I will never go back there again or refer to them. There's a reason why I have anxiety going to the dentist and they've made my experience horrible!
