I was getting a crown and my insurance estimate paid 100%. Nevertheless, various people challenged or "reminded" me 5 different times during the 2 visits, plus had me sign a waiver at check-in and at the last visit, that I would have to be responsible for paying my bill.

The associate was 15 minutes last. When she began cleaning my teeth she was doing a great job. By the end she barely polished my teeth. Didn’t even finish. Lynn at the desk was great. The others didn’t care to look into my insurance coverage.

The front desk staff is completely unprofessional. I called several times trying to make an appointment for a new patient exam. The whole process was extremely lengthy and when it came time to schedule they didn't have anything for 3 months. So I didn't schedule. I decided I would just call back. When I called back I got to the same point and asked them if they could look at other locations to see if they had appointments that were sooner.

They lady seemed confused and I was short on time so I said I would just call back. I called back and before going through all of the steps I just plainly asked the woman if they had the ability to look at all of their locations schedules because I was looking for an appointment asap. She said there was a shortage of dental hygienists. I told her I know and asked if she could check other locations because some might not be as busy as others. She put me on hold for a really long time then hung up on me. I called again and another lady put me on hold a long time and hung up.

It was very disrespectful and frustrating. They could have either said they do not know how to look up other locations schedules or said that they couldn't instead of continuously putting me on hold and hanging up on me. I decided to go to a different dentist and got an appointment within a week.

I have been going to Park Dental for many years and had always been given great care with cleanings. However, once my wife had gone to her appointment for her first cleaning here there wasn’t any flossing or cleaning with a waterpik equivalent. Only manual metal pick was used and some polishing. I thought this was very strange because I have always had these done for my cleanings without fail each time I went.

I assured her it must have been a mistake and we called to let them know about this problem. They rescheduled her a week later to come in and assured she would get a full cleaning. Well she went in and was there for only 30 min or so and all they did was some work on the bottom row of teeth and again no flossing or cleaning other than a manual pick. She was told that one location wasn’t able to be cleaned due to how two teeth slightly overlapped.

This confused us because she had been able to get this cleaned every time she went to her previous dentist which was a dental school where students did the cleanings. I am appalled and confused about how I was able to go here 2 weeks before my wife and get such a great cleaning like I always do but my wife gets an astonishingly different experience. I will urge the rest of my family to find another dentist as well after this experience.
