These buffoons just called me twice, 5 minutes apart, two days before my appointment to inform me they are dropping me as a client. Come to find out the culprit was an outstanding bill that was missed back in February of 2022 for roughly $100, which we immediately paid in April of 2023 after finding out. They claimed they sent several letters and made several calls to no avail; so, the debt was outsourced. It's their policy to cancel your service with them once you go to collections regardless of circumstance. Funny, when they called, they said, ". .

. regarding your appointment on 9/22, we're going to have to pull that back. " I said, "pull it back? you mean cancel it. why dont you just use the right words. " Anyway, I settled the debt back in April, So why allow me to schedule? Why allow me to reschedule?. Why call me to confirm my appointment? Why call me to see if I wanted an earlier appointment that opened up? Why not inform me of the policy? Why did I never hear from the collector? (all this happened btw) So here I am a father of a family of 4 looking for a new dental health care provider who is not interested in denying health care based on mitigating circumstances.

Sure feels like insurance $$ and timely payment is their first priority. It's seemingly not record keeping or customer service or empathy or your dental health. And since they called me twice about the same garbage policy within 5 minutes, it's definitely not business management.

I came in for an appointment that I had scheduled online. I had picture confirmation of my appointment and a text message confirming my appointment. When I went in they said they didn’t have me on the schedule until December, which I never made an appointment for that day and have never received any confirmation message of an appointment in December.

I called and asked to speak with the clinic manager, to figure out how to right the wrong and was told I would get a call back and never received a call back.

Called me multiple times to set up appointments when I was very busy at work multiple days in a row, not only did I cancel an appointment I didn’t know i set up but also had another set without my knowledge, of course I never got a call the day of or a day before the appointment was set and only a text message for confirmation an hour before my “set appointment” I’m now charged an extra 50 for “cancellation”. How the hell am I suppose to make time within an hour of an unexpected appointment when I'm busy as work.

I’m never going to this place again and they are straight scams to not only the people, but insurance companies as well.

Dr. Freybler at Park Dental Shakopee is a great dentist! He is always patient and kind, and is meticulous about the dental care he provides. His assistants Marie and Becky are kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. The front desk staff are also very nice. My thanks to all of them for their good care!
