To start off, scheduling staff Sammy, Nancy, and Tracy are all completely unprofessional. Sammy, Nancy, and Tracy, you should all be extremely embarrassed and ashamed of the way you treat patients. Instead of answering a simple question, they would rather give you the run around and put you on hold while they “check something” for 15+ minutes 6 times in a row. If you’re looking for a dental practice that actually cares about patients and not just money, LOOK ELSEWHERE. These people are extremely difficult and not accommodating at all.

I missed an appointment because my elderly dog was sick and I had to take my dog to the vet to be put to sleep, no sympathy or consideration of the circumstance, they refuse to let me schedule an appointment now unless it’s “same day,” let’s be real, unless you are unemployed or retired, a same day appointment is not realistic and most people don’t have time to call every location every day to try to get an appointment. Aside from scheduling staff being absolutely horrendous, they will rush through all dental work because they just want the money and don’t actually care how it turns out. One dentist that did a filling for me was extremely condescending and when I asked for laughing gas because I have anxiety about dental work, he decided it would be a good idea to give me laughing gas and no novocain out of spite because he was mad that I asked for laughing gas due to the extra time it took to administer. He laughed while doing my filling that I sobbed through the entire time because I could feel everything he was doing to my tooth, I didn’t realize that this wasn’t normal because this was the second dental procedure I’d had in my entire life. On another note, they will try to push unnecessary dental work on you for profit.

The same dentist insisted that I have would need a root canal when in reality after getting a second opinion, all I needed was the minor filling. I am so happy that I am no longer giving my money to such a horrendous business, literally any other practice is better than Park Dental.

I got an estimate for $170, and a month later I got a bill for $650. I would get my mouth guard somewhere else if I knew they were going to charge me so much. And yes, I get the insurance doesn't always cover everything but tell me at least the full price up front.

Jessica !

After spending two years in pain due to a treatment received here, my mouth is still in incredible pain. Trying to schedule appts is a nightmare and each person proves a wildly different story. The absolute unprofessional ins of hearing screeches of laughter while desperately trying to advocate for yourself was the final straw.

I just transferred to this location from another Park Dental location because my partner and I just moved into a home in Northeast Minneapolis. The receptionists, dental assistant, and dentist all made me feel right at home right out of the gate. They made sure to update all of my chart information and were incredibly thorough about doing so.

They also addressed every one of my concerns and left me with no unanswered questions.
