While I get my cleaning here regularly, I have an intense fear of needles in my mouth… who doesn’t, but I pull cancel numerous appointment for fillings due to this fear. Finally Valérie , the kindest, most empathetic hygienist said, “we can do this, I’ll be there, we’ll ensure the dentist knows to be gentle and we will be with you the whole way”. During my appointment, Val held my hand, Elen made the space feel comfortable and spoke ‘to’ me the whole time and Dr Bahnam was very gentle. Asked how I was doing throughout the entire procedure.

I never felt so seen, taken care of and understood. 3 fillings and 75min later I was walking home. Thank you Park Lawn Dental for your care and empathy turning my extreme fear into a moment when I’m sure I fell asleep.

When my appointment was over I let her know that she did a thorough job and that I was happy with my visit! She even gave me additional advice for a procedure I'm considering. I’ve been a patient at Park Lawn Dental for the past two years, visiting every six months for regular teeth cleanings, and my experience yesterday was, once again, fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my hygienist was especially sweet and caring. She took the time to ask how I’m doing and ensured the cleaning is as comfortable as possible, even during a thorough session.
