I have been going here since 2005. I left briefly to go to my kid’s dentist and regretted it. I moved us both back over to Dr. Storer. Also Cheryl is amazing, super gentle and patient with those who grip the armchair when they lay down in the chair. The whole team is fantastic and they really care about their patients.

Before the retirement of Dr. Storer, I had been quite satisfied with this practice. My final encounter definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth! Further to a consultation I was recommended a mouth guard.

Before committing to this purchase I made sure that I was aware of how much it was going to cost, and I was assured of that by Park Place after they ran my insurance. Upon obtaining the mouth guard, I was surprised to see it was more than what I was originally quoted. Nevertheless, I paid the revised cost for the mouth guard in full and went on my merry way.

Six months later I get a statement stating that I have not fully paid for a mouth guard for my daughter - who has never received a mouth guard! I explained all of this to the practice but nevertheless, they want to insist that after all this time, it is I who still owes them, an additional amount that they now state is not covered by my insurance (and in error this bill was issued for my daughter). For the full cost that they're now quoting, I would have never moved forward with the purchase that I wasn't confident that I needed anyway! It seems no amount of communication with this practice will resolve this issue. So they can eat that cost and they'll never see me or my daughter again! This is the problem with medical/dental treatments in the USA, it is built into the system that they can charge you whatever they want even after they've quoted and assured you of the cost beforehand! Trust is everything when it comes to any kind of medical procedure and mine is lost here! I hope it was worth it for you Park Place, your mismanagement results in unsatisfied patients, bad reviews, and the loss of a lousy 200 bucks that you will just have to write off!

I recently moved south of I-90. I planned to find a closer dentist, but now I wouldn't think of it. I recommended this practice to a friend just this morning. Dr. Wang has treated me twice. Just this morning, they squeezed me in when a tooth needed to be removed a month earlier than scheduled. Each visit she & all the staff have been utterly professional, skilled AND caring. Just excellent.
