Very bizarre experience here. I went in because I had a hole in one of my teeth that needed to be fixed/looked at. They did an x-ray and then started numbing around my tooth with no explanation of what they were going to do. I was never given a cost estimate or a description of the procedure and process prior to being numbed. They spoke to me like I was a child and kept calling me "big guy".

After they gave me a shot of Novocain they hovered over me and had their own little private conversation about the weather, a 3M vendor, and one of their coworkers. After the procedure they were like "you're good to go, big guy" and I was sent to the desk to pay an amount I hadn't even been told yet. In the end, my tooth is filled but I don't plan on returning. I'm not sure if this is the typical experience here or not, but what I witnessed was unprofessional and not patient-centered. UPDATE: My filling is extremely rough and lumpy even after a week.

Food is getting stuck to it nonstop due to the texture. 20 minutes isn't enough time to do a filling properly apparently.

Amazing staff and facility! Went in for my first appointment very nervous, as I’ve had very bad experiences in the past with dental work. Everything from start to finish was extremely professional, and they took the time to look at my history and listen to me. As someone who has struggled endlessly with dental problems, and been told “you’re just not brushing enough”, despite my best efforts, they say down, listened to what I’ve been doing, and offered real solutions to my problems. The 1.

5 hour drive was worth it 100 times over. Scheduling was quick and easy, the facility was clean and welcoming, and the staff were professional and friendly.

Dr. Anderson is a wonderful dentist.

He has been my dentist for years!! Carol, the hygienist, is also really great. She takes her time with you and explains everything she will be doing, which coming from a health care background is extremely important!! Her explaining everything helps as well if going to the dentist makes you nervous and anxious! Carol is also really friendly and caring!!! Highly recommend both the Dr and Carol!!!! Great job!!!
