Dr. Norman was amazing. I have a phobia with needles, and Dr. Norman was especially carful, and for the 1st time I actually tried to relax getting the shots. I had a real tuff root canal, 2, 3hr sittings to finish. I thought for sure I would lose my molar. He saved it. I especially want to thank Pam, his assistant. She was absolutely amazing and coached me through the intire process. Even though I was a bit crabby after it was done.

And while she explaining a good plan going forward, she just let me be crabby. I feel bad for that, just 2, 3 hr visits back to back drained me. The staff at the front desk are the best. They explained all billing upfront. And answered all my goofey questions with a smile. I cannot recommend Parkland Family Dentist enough. This comes from a guy that fears going to Dentist. Not any more. Please tell Pam thank you 😊

I’ve been a patient at Parkland Family Dentistry for years. I left for a while but recently returned, and I’m so glad I did. The office truly has a sense of family and community, making each visit a welcoming experience. The front desk team is always friendly and inviting.

Best best best all the time, been coming here for over 10 years and yes I do live far away from this dental office and still will keep my appointments because they are the nicest and best on what they do, every time I tell my kids they have dental appointments, they always remind me please don’t change our spot because they like it this clinic a lot❤️🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼thank you.

Had a new patient appt here and it was a great experience staff is very attentive and kind. The visit was very thorough and I was scheduled for a pretty close appt to when I called to schedule. After getting my treatment plan I got my next appt for the day I had off and it was only a week away! Super gentle and very caring regarding my comfort during my treatments.

Would highly recommend and will be returning for follow up care.
