I wouldn't recommend sending your worst enemy here, unless you genuinely hate them. Some of the most passive aggressive/uncaring individuals in the dentistry field I have ever met. The front desk receptionist, Kelly, being one of the two issues.

While in there trying to file a complaint, she starts to get extremely passive aggressive with me, then LIES to me saying "well we couldn't have had you get same day extractions" after they told me "well we can extract here in a few, I have some other patients to deal with, or we could get you sent to get a root canal, which is what I recommend" and when I went to the place THEY send me to get evaluated, they told me that the extraction was my best bet and whoever recommended me for a root canal must've been in a rush and didn't have time to deal with me today. Then, when I come back to try and file a complaint about this, the front desk receptionist is extremely passive aggressive/reaching for any excuse possible, and the only guest in the lobby as I'm leaving insults me and swears at me, to which the front desk receptionist just looked at him and smiled. I highly do not recommend, if I could report them to anyone higher, trust me, I would've but Kelly (receptionist) was basically refusing to give me the number to the corporate offices to make an official report.

My husband has been going here since he was little and loved it so I switched to here as well and needless to say we will be finding a new dentist to go to with these new owners. The last probably 3-4 appointments we’ve had just for general check up/cleaning we are ALWAYS asked to either switch our time or completely switch our days. The one time I was asked 4 different times to come in early and due to my job I was not and when I got there I felt like everyone was mad at me.

Now today, I was supposed to have an appointment tomorrow and I’m asked to completely switch it to two weeks from now because they don’t have a hygienist…you’re a dental office how do you NOT have a hygienist?! Every time we’ve been there it’s been a different dentist too, the consistency is terrible. And then my husbands last appointment he was getting pressured to buy one of the electric toothbrushes - why? Don’t pressure us while we are there for an appointment tomorrow buy a $400 toothbrush.

My dad, 89 years old with dementia, needed a new dentist. I choose Parkside West based on location. I’m so glad I did. Everything went smoothly and on time. All the staff were patient and kind. I would highly recommend Parkside West.
