I, once again, received a bill in the mail for an invoice sent in error, originating from dental service provided in 2023. I have made multiple calls, spoken with accounting and shared proof of insurance payment again and again. This invoice was even SENT TO COLLECTIONS last year. I had to call to have them withdraw it.

They’ve told me multiple times that the issue was being addressed. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of attention and action taken to fix this. If they can’t handle resolving one invoice, how can anyone trust that the right level of attention is placed within the rest of the practice and your teeth? I started seeing another dentist and the experience is a night and day difference.
