I had to get a gum graft and was so nervous about it and everyone at Parkway Periodontal was amazing. The nursing staff, the doctor (Dr. Swenson), the receptionists…they really turned what was a scary situation for me into a tolerable (I mean, it was a surgical procedure) experience. And I also had great results. Would highly recommend them!

They scheduled me to have a cracked tooth removed. When the date came two weeks later to do this work they cancelled my appointment and then wanted to schedule me out a month more. My tooth was cracked and infected, but they had no urgency on their part even after they cancelled the extraction appointment on me. I cancelled using them all together and am now set up with an oral surgeon to get the work done at a sooner date.

They now send me a bill for the initial exam that is denied by insurance and won't give me any bit of a financial break on the $120. 00 that they are charging for a 15 minute exam. If insurance would of accepted this claim, it would of been knocked down to $80 or $100 after a network savings. They still insist on their $120 even though they couldn't even get me taken care of in a timely fashion.

They also seem to charge more than others to have a tooth removed, a bone graft done, and an implant set. Please check out your other options to avoid being financially taken advantage of and your well-being definitely not being placed first by them.
