I love Dr. Kent office he's an amazing dentist I used to go here when I was teenager but my health insurance changed I went from 3 different dentist the last dentist I had felt like he doesn't like is carreer lol, then I thought about my old Dentist back in the 90's I went back to Dr. Kent thank God they take my insurance. . He's the best dentist in virginia beach he took is time to fix your theeth and he's kind and humble he cared even the people in the front office their so nice and make you feel like family.
. . I told my husband to see my dentist now we both go here I'm still convincing my 2 adult kids to change their dentist. .

Blessed & Lovely
I have been a patient of Dr. Dean Kent for a year now. I enjoy my visits there. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is professional. I went to my orthodontist on 9/20 and they discovered an issue with one of my teeth. I called Dr.
Kent's office and received an appointment for 9/21. The issue that I encountered for this visit was with the young lady at the front desk. My visit was more than what I anticipated. I told her when I would pay. I really didn't appreciate her asking me two more times about a payment. I understand that payment is due at the time of service but Dr.
Kent found a bigger issue than the initial finding, which cost more. I have never had an outstanding balance there and have even paid my adult son's balance. I love going here and will continue to be patient because Dr. Dean Kent is the best. He cares about the well-being of his patients. He is what I consider old school doctor and what I mean by that is in the previous years doctors cared more about their patients than the money!!!

He went above and beyond. I came to him a few times to get a second opinion and he was very honest and very thorough. I also used him to remove some mercury fillings because he uses a very safe protocol, even though my insurance didn’t cover it all. I wish there was a way to give 6 stars!!
