The front desk is a joke , I went in for a cleaning 4/7, everything was fine gave my insurance got my teeth cleaned and was told I owe nothing, left the office without paying a dime. The dentist advised I get two teeth filled before Invisalign, I agreed and scheduled an appointment for the 18th of April. I come in the 18th check in at the front desk sit and wait for the dentist, they call me back I get the teeth filled and when I'm checking out the lady at the front desk tells me it's $501 for the fillings. First time I'm hearing this I was set aback.

She told me I should've looked myself and figured out how much I was going to have to pay before coming in & that's not her job. I told her I was there the week previously and got cleaning free of charge she said that was a mistake and charged me an extra $179. These ladies sitting at the front desk should be making no more than $12 /hr a real joke. I paid it outright after what I felt was a racist and condescending remark from the receptionist and will never go back!!!!! Be aware ask the questions because the receptionist are there for nothing.

Why take my insurance info if you're not going to tell me my copay before during or a whole week after the procedure. Very unprofessional. And when I went back I asked for an itemized list of what I was charged for and found out the charged me for 3 fillings without my knowledge
