Dr. Tarlano was old school. (He retired in 2016.) Not bad, not great, just an older gentlemen doing what reliable dentists have done for decades. There are newer, fancier-looking offices displaying the latest gadgets but the results are about the same. In a region with great choice, and my insurance covering pretty much every dentist available, I keep coming back here.
