First we did contact us by email, no response. Waited another month, tried again, still no answer. My husband, Jeff Foernssler, tooth was broken and they had been recommended. Finally called, got an appt. He gets an exam, dentist tells him he will call him in the next day or two. A week later we call, we are told we are at the top of the list, we are assured he will call within 24 to 48 hours. Surprise, The dentist finally called almost 5 weeks later.

**** The dentist called us after reading the review. He admitted that Jeff's file was misplaced. He was very professional and apologetic, and refunded our money. I updated the stars to 4 due to his acceptance of guilt and refund. He didn't need to do that, but went above and beyond, which makes him a stand up guy in my book.

Dr. Paul always gives 100% when I visit or my children. The people who work there make the trip worth going. They're nice and always ask questions to make sure you have the most comfortable visit.

My seven year old daughter needed an emergent tooth extraction, and Dr. Paul and his staff did a wonderful job getting her into the schedule immediately. My daughter had a fantastic experience getting her tooth pulled, and keeps asking when she can go back to the dentist. Thank you so much for taking the time to work with her and help her and all our family have a great experiences.

Dr Paul has been absolutely amazing for our family! Even our 4 year old son looks forward to going to the dentist! Dr Paul kept me completely calm and comfortable during multiple extractions and even follows up to make sure we are feeling ok. Fully recommend to any family and friends!
