My oldest is now 20 and youngest is 4. I use to love this place until my youngest two started going. The nurse with blond bob is rude as all get out. I had my 1st experience when my son was around 3(austistic). I asked to go back with him and they made it seem like they had to get a security clearance in order for me to do so. I asked why do you make it seem a problem that I asked to go with my child on his 1st visits?. . . They would always brush it off as if everything was fine but everyone's attitudes said other wise. I never would have asked to go back had one of my oldest never mentioned how rough the blond was with their teeth. . . now the problem has begun with my 4yr old. I've been sent on two dummy missions by the dentist Paul himself.
1st seeking a specialist for my daughter and now today he scheduled me an appt 2 weeks ago to do dental work on my 4yr old. He laid out all the details in the procedure while showing what he was going to do. I arrive today and they mention they dnt remember why I'm there. . . Really? Then when I explain what he explained to me they take my daughter to the back. I go to the desk and ask for copies of my two kids charts because I hadn't planned on ever coming back because every visit is becoming a problem. Next thing I know the Dentist says he needs to speak with me. Now all of a sudden he's sorry but he was confused the day he explained the procedure and can't do it anymore. WTH! I've missed work and she missed school for this. . . . He only did this because I asked for my charts.
He did the same things when referring me to a specialist, deciding to act all senile like he didnt know what was going on or how to help refer my daughter for her condition. As of today I cut ties. . . because hes now too old to practice and its clear all he wants is OUR black dollars. I'm am will to bet, had I not asked for my charts he would have done the procedure. No need for fake apologies Dr. Paul Glasser, you know what you do. Wake up people he's only in this business for money. . . . .

The staff in this place is very unprofessional, front desk clerk should look presentable she looks ghetto, nails long rolls her eyes while speaking to you very dismissive!! when addressing families you should have some type of class she was slouched over the desk just tacky!!!! Every child came from the back crying, that was a red flag for me. Will not be returning office used to be better will also filing a complaint with state & compliance board.

This was the worse dentist I have ever been to. There wasn’t enough seating in the waiting area. It took forty minutes to be seen. Once we went back they took my daughter to get x-rays, During the time she was having her x-rays I was in the same space as a teenaged male and I know all his business, umm HIPAA!!! She came out crying and in an aggressive tone and manner multiple employees told my daughter she would be alright and to stop crying.
Once she got in the chair, the hygienist leaned into my daughters face and told her this will take as long as it dies if you don’t cooperate. As she was cleaning my daughters teeth, my daughter had her hands up and she asked her why do you have your hands up like don’t shoot, my daughter is in elementary school why are you saying stuff like that to her. The dentist comes in and says that she can’t have any candy, no cookies, chips or any sweetened drinks in the harshest tone. This practice will not get any other visit from me and I will not refer anyone to them.
For this to be a pediatric dentistry it felt very harsh like they don’t like working with kids. They seem to treat the kids any type of way when the parents aren’t present. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars but that is not an option. It is with a heavy heart that I have to give such a negative review. My daughters have been going for almost 4 years and my youngest who is now six always received a great visit when she went. It wasn't until she was complaining about tooth pain and I questioned it, that I had a feeling something was not right. Dr.
Glasser gave a good report after each visit, parents are not allowed in the back so I never questioned him. Come to find out they were never able to get x-rays of my daughter back teeth only the front, because she was uncooperative, this was never communicated to me and I didn't find out until I requested records. My daughter had to undergo extensive surgery because her back teeth were decayed. I feel we experienced this treatment because of the type of insurance my children once had. Parents depend on physicians and dentist to be truthful with them in regards to their children's care.
I am hurt and disappointed that I was not made aware sooner. We have found a new dental home and she has been receiving adequate treatments.
