Everyone from the office staff to the doctor are all super nice and profession and want to help you achieve your dream smile. In the past I have not had much luck finding a dentist & staff, that I was truly comfortable with. Until now. The staff was amazing, the doctors, were so open to answer any & all questions, they showed me everything that was going on, and what needed to be done. I think I and my family, have found a dental team that we are very comfortable with.

Edited March 31 2025: The staff has done a good job of addressing our concerns. They have been able to schedule us for updated appointments and deliver the services we originally committed to. We appreciate that they were responsive to our needs. We hope to continue receiving this level of service each and every time. __________________________ Edited March 27 2025: We very rarely change a review, but felt compelled to do so in this case. This practice has unfortunately shaken our confidence. They sent statements to our insurance carrier that were not consistent with the discussions we had in person. They rescheduled appointments for dental work that they had already charged us for.

Even when a temporary crown came out, their instructions were to put it back on ourselves using temporary glue from the drugstore. Our objective now is to get the work we paid for completed and then go back to the drawing board. . . We are disappointed. __________________________ Original Review (5 stars): The whole team is great to work with. They are all very friendly and professional. The office is modern and well equipped.

The Dentist, Dr. Keith-Jackson, is excellent. Jailyn provided exceptional service, as well. Having moved to the area less than a year ago, we were looking for a really good dentist. Well. . . we are happy to say that we've found our new dental practice!
